Annual DB2 Community Awards Ceremony & IBM IDUG Reception Dinner

This event is only open to IDUG EMEA 2016 Conference Delegates

This is the Annual DB2 Community Awards ceremony, where we will recognise the "Best of the Best" DB2 professionals that have contributed to the success of the community and the success of IBM DB2 . The DB2 Awards are much more than just a 'ceremony'; winners and finalist serve as a source of best practice for peers to be inspired from and learn from.

This year there will be a double celebration where will be celebrating the "Launch of DB2 11.1 with BLU Acceleration and DB2 12 for z/OS" at the Annual DB2 Awards Dinner Reception : Hotel de la Poste. Brussels

The Awards will be in the following categories:-

Best DB2 User Group

Best DB2 Consultant

Inspirational DB2 Volunteer

Best Social Media DB2 Advocate/Blogger

We seek to identify the "gold standard" across all DB2 User groups, DB2 Consultants and individuals. Entries come from all various "DB2 User Groups" and "individual" across the world. This means that been a finalist or a winner is a true achievement and testament to the great work carried out by the individual, team or organisation.

Our past winners act as a legacy for others to look to for inspiration and chart a history of how the DB2 community has evolved.

In order to participant you must be a member of "World of DB2" community and you must be present at the event.

NOTE: Buses leave IDUG EMEA 2016 Conference at 7:00pm for the party venue . You MUST COLLECT YOUR INVITATION FOR YOUR "BUS" FROM THE IBM EXPO
